Fairlane Company warrants this fiberglass product of their manufacture, against
cracking or fracturing, to the original purchaser, for a period of three (3) years
from the date of purchase. Fairlane Company will repair or replace at its
discretion fiberglass parts covered by this warranty, subject to the conditions
stated below.
Excluded from this warranty is damage caused by accident, off road use, misuse,
incorrect installation, tires contacting wheel openings, and stone damage to surfaces of
products. Fairlane Company retains the right to make the determination of warranty
coverage. Return of products must be pre-approved by obtaining a Return Authorization
Number. They must be shipped Pre-paid and include a copy of the Bill of Sale. Excluded
also is any adjustment for expenses owner incurs to repaint or refinish the repaired or
replaced part.
This warranty is void on any product purchased at less than Fairlane Companys
retail price, in effect at the time of purchase, whether purchased direct or from
one of our dealers.
